The Voice Inc. is a global community committed to empowering individuals with disabilities and their families through advocacy, personalized mentoring, enrichment programs, and faith formation.
Our History
The Voice Inc. was established in June 1994 by Rev. Moses Sowale in Isara Remo, Ogun State, Nigeria, driven by a profound concern for social justice and the inequalities faced by diverse socio-economic and political groups.
This visionary journey began with a pivotal conversation among four friends, laying the foundation for an organization inspired by the biblical mandate of Isaiah 40:1-5, which calls for comfort and raising up the marginalized among God’s people.
Its core mission embraced the;
- empowerment of individuals to claim their identity in all circumstances,
- encouraging accountability,
- fostering the maximization of potential,
- creating safe spaces for belonging, advocating for social justice, and
- addressing fundamental human needs.

Our mission is to support inclusivity, acceptance, and equity while fostering identity development, educational enrichment, spirituality, and social connections for people of all abilities.
We strive to create a supportive community where everyone is valued, empowered to reach their full potential, and can make meaningful contributions to society.
