About Us

Our mission is to transform lives—one individual at a time—through a faith-driven, assessment-based approach that is customized, progress-tracked, and results-oriented. We are committed to redefining disability by empowering each person to achieve their greatest potential.

The Voice Inc. is a global community committed to empowering individuals with disabilities and their families through advocacy, personalized mentoring, enrichment programs, and faith formation.

Our History

The Voice Inc. was founded in June 1994 by Rev. Moses Sowale in Isara Remo, Nigeria, inspired by a vision of social justice and rooted in the biblical call of Isaiah 40:1-5. The organization emerged from discussions among four friends who recognized the need to empower marginalized socio-economic groups. Initially focused on bridging gaps between individuals with differences, The Voice aimed to uplift people’s identities and foster safe environments, serving over 500 individuals worldwide, including children and families from diverse backgrounds.

The Awakening

The Voice expanded its outreach to local and international communities, significant programs were initiated in partnership with Grace Chapel Episcopal and Anglican Church in Brockton, such as The Brigade Youth Program and The Abigails Women’s Project. A transformative moment in Rev. Sowale’s life occurred with his son’s autism diagnosis, which profoundly shaped his understanding of disability and Christian empowerment. This personal journey allowed The Voice to evolve its mission toward inclusivity, embracing the needs of individuals with disabilities and their families.

The Transition

In November 2023, Rev. Sowale made a pivotal transition from traditional parish ministry to focus solely on supporting special needs families, broadening The Voice’s mission to a faith-centric, results-oriented approach. Establishing The Mirror Pathway to Wholeness IESSP curriculum alongside The Voice reinforced the commitment to mentoring and advocacy for individuals with special abilities. Today, The Voice Inc., also referred to as Fingerprint, stands as a beacon of empowerment, championing equity, acceptance, and creating supportive environments where every person is valued and can contribute meaningfully to society.
