Our Impact
With an estimated 240 million children globally living with disabilities without access to fundamental human needs, and over 211,266 individuals in Massachusetts under 22 having disabilities, the gap in faith-based support is significant.
Moreover, studies show that 41% of parents of children with autism spectrum disorder seek religious resources to address their child’s symptoms, and 75% consider spiritual beliefs as vital in coping with their challenges.
The Holy Ground Impact in Massachusetts
The Holy Ground isn’t just a service, it’s a sanctuary where every individual is seen, every family is included, and every voice matters.
At The Voice Inc., our Holy Ground program in Massachusetts fosters inclusion and spiritual belonging for individuals with special needs and their families. In a state where 12% of households include someone with a disability and 24.6% of children have special health needs, the impact is real.
Over 50 participants have joined our sessions in the past 9 months, 85% report greater comfort in worship, and 90% of siblings and caregivers feel more supported. Holy Ground is more than a service; it’s a sanctuary where every family is seen, included, and renewed in faith.
