The statutory meetings are held four times in a year namely September, December, March, and June with September being the beginning of a new term.  We meet for two hours between 10 am and noon Eastern Standard Time (EST), on the second Saturday of the named months; September, December, March, and June. Our meetings are held via Skype or any other convenient social media link. We receive progress reports, resources request, financial reports and prayer request of all programs and individuals during our meetings. Members make an annual financial contribution of $100/year for those in the US and an equivalent amount (to be determined) for those outside the US. We thank you for your commitment, resources, skills, and dedication over the years. If by any chance you cannot make any of the meetings, you will need to send an apology to the group, send in your reports or plans, make your annual payment and send in your prayer requests.
