Young Adults

Our vision

Our Young Adult Ministry is reaching out to young Christians ages 15 to 25 around the world.

We are an inter-racial, Bible-based group connecting via Zoom, WhatsApp and Facebook. We discuss the balance between the ideal issues of life and the reality. Members are from Nigeria, UK, US, Canada, Cape Verde and Haiti with different background and culture – singles, married, searching, students, professionals, etc.

Membership Guidelines

  1. Scripture: Will be taught and discussed in ways that can be applied to life
  2. Confidentiality: What is said in the group stays in the group.
  3. Participation: Active response, vulnerability and accountability is required. Passive voices will not help us to achieve our dreams.
  4. Respect: We are not analyzing or “fixing” others. We meet to support, encourage, and admonish each other towards Christlikeness.
  5. Sharing: Be considerate of everyone in the group and allow each voice to be heard. Be sensitive to others and try not to dominate the discussion.
  6. Attendance: Members should commit to regular attendance at programs; show up on time so we can end on time.
  7. Listening: Everyone needs a listening ear. When someone is talking, everyone else should be actively listening.

Come ready to fully participate in the group

We do not serve the weak or the broken, what we serve is the wholeness in life; We hope we can learn from you too. Check us on Facebook and let's connect soon.

Our main focus in the IESSP curriculum is Career & Vocation. Frederick Buechner once said that your vocation is where your greatest joy meets the world’s greatest need. The question is, does your job align with your passion? Are you finding joy in your career? How can you develop your passion into your career? How can your vocation give life to the world?

“Taste and see, that the Lord is good”

It was a real incredible experience for me. My life was turned around for good and I am forever grateful. Thanks for making this place a safe haven for young people like me.
